Delete your Imagia account

You can delete your Imagia account and everything in it at any time, here or in the app (Account → Delete account). It's immediate and can't be undone.

What gets deleted

Your account, sign-in details and settings
Every photo you uploaded (tiles and base photos)
Your projects, finished mosaics and downloads
Group spaces you created, including the photos people added to them
Your remaining token balance (unused tokens aren't refunded)

We keep only what the law requires: records of completed payments (kept by our payment providers for tax purposes). Nothing that identifies your photos or mosaics is kept.

To delete your account, sign in with it first, so we know it's yours.

Can't sign in? Email us from the address you used and we'll delete it for you: support@imagiastore.com.
